Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every lounger. If a manufacturing defect occurs within 2 years of purchase, we'll make it right.
What's Covered
- Structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Cracking, splitting, or breakage of the snap-together frame components.
- Significant fading or discoloration beyond normal weathering under proper use.
- Defects in the fill-port seals that cause abnormal water leakage from the interior chamber.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect (e.g., use on uneven or unstable surfaces).
- Normal wear and tear including minor surface scratches or scuffs from regular use.
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals other than those specified in the Care Guide.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the structural integrity or function of the product.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow the Assembly & Fill Guide.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear photos or a short video showing the defect. Note your order date and Amazon order number.
Contact Us
Email customerservice@resort-at-home.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
We Review Your Claim
Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under the limited warranty.
Resolution
Approved claims will receive a replacement product shipped at no charge. We'll provide a return label if the defective unit needs to be returned.
Limitations & Governing Law
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. This warranty is the exclusive remedy and Resort@Home's total liability is limited to replacement of the defective product. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
